To those who have done upfront medicals:

What is the doctors office providing to you as part of the upfront medicals?
-IMM1017B or
- just emedical info sheet or
- or both IMM1017B and Emedical info sheet?

what are you uploading to the supervisa ircc portal?

upload the medical info sheet that the doctor gives you

I did upfront medical (before I submitted the application) and only provided IME number when I answered the questions in the new portal. I did not upload any document for that. My father's medical is passed today.
My guess would be to make sure that you upload any paper that shows the UMI or IME number of the applicant.
