Wait for others. I think the medical exam type for PR applicants is different. Plus if you were approved, your COPR validity is tied with your medical exam expiration. You don’t know how long will your PR processing take. So, if in case you can still use your medicals for your work permit and it expires in the middle of your PR process, IRCC might ask you to have a Re medical. That’s why it’s always recommended to do this when you’re ready to submit your PR application so your medicals will have a longer duration.
