Upfront Medical Query, Might help others too.. need advice please

Hello, I have got offer letter from Conestoga college. I have booked appointment for Pre-Medical. I wish to know that suppose if i later on accept offer letter from Lambton College, will it affect somehow to my application? Because they asked for offer letter to get medical done and i will be giving them of conestoga. Any suggestions please.

upfront medical donot require admission letter. I have my medical done here in Pakistan last week.
