Upfront medical issue

A question for one of my relatives( not in Canada)
He applied for express entry back in 2019. His Medical was expiring, so he did it upfront last month.
Now, he just got a request for a medical.
What is the right way to inform IRCC that it is already done ( it has to be a fast way ideally)

IRCC has updated in the page asking not to take the upfront until they will send instructions for medical. That might cause further delay and has to re-take medical again.

Why don`t you raise webform? Ask the clinic for medical report and attach the report in the webform as well. Wait for some days and if you didn`t get reply then just undertake the re-medical again with-in the given deadline.

Oh …wow…Great !! That saved some time & couple of bucks as well. Hope they get their final decision soon. There are many who are waiting for more than 3 months after medical without any update as well. Holiday season on the corner so might get some late but lets be hopeful.

So, it takes about a month to get an update on the account after the upfront remedical? Ok, got that. I also did an upfrount remedical last week.
