Upfront medical information sheet - original or scans?

My wife just completed her medical/eMedical and got back an information sheet which I'll need to include with the sponsorship application as confirmation of her medical check. Does she need to send me the original sheet or is it fine if I attach a scanned copy instead?

better original keep scanned with you.any way u need original signed application from her and pcc
