upfront medical exam type for CEC

Hi All,

Which type of upfront medical do you take for CEC? I was told by the physician that there is no CEC type in eMedical system. He suggested to choose type "Worker" or "Express Entry" or others if I want to do upfront medical exam. Which will work? I am the main applicant and my wife is a dependent.

Is that physician approved by immigration? You must visit a doctor that's part of the panel of physicians in order to get your upfront exam. You can find the list of authorized doctors here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
