upfront medical exam in canada

Hello,

I am not sure how to get upfront medicals done for PR.
can any one please let me know the exact procedure of this... what docs to be shown there etc.

Will they give us some confirmation so that I can submit along with PR application??

Hi,

you just need to look for local clinic where a CIC panel physician is available, just call them and book an appointment after ITA and they will let you know what you need to bring for the medical exam, before confirming the appointment ask them if they do Upfront medical exam for Express Entry/PR Application. on the day of your exam they will give a information sheet which you will have to upload while applying for eAPR.
