With COVID delaying applications, can the applicant submit an upfront medical exam (or post submission but before official request)? The applicant and sponsor wish to have a child together and possible pregnancy will delay the chest exam for an additional 9 months time. Outland application was submitted 4 months ago and not even stage 1 approval yet. Worth taking a risk to submit medical exam now even before then request it? If valid for 12 months, why not?
