Updating CHC about job change

I have done my medicals and sent my updated PCC as well.

Just wanted to know that if I need to update CHC of my change of job last year, can i let them know through case specific enquiry??

I also changed my job after medical and faced a security interview after medical..and interviewer didn't give

importance to change of my job.
