Updating/changing EE profile

Initially i put in all the jobs related to my NOC into my EE profile (10 years worth). I havent been able to get the service letter with all the required info from the first job, so i decided to remove it from my profile. Without it i still have 7+ years of experience.

I deleted it by clicking on the "trash" button in the table. And then clicked on save and exit. However its been a couple of days since i did that when i log into my account, i still see the "revert changes" button next to the work experience section.

Has my application been updated? Or is there something wrong with the system?

Cheers

You need to transmit the changes for it to reflect.

Hi Stanlee, I have similar problem to some extent.
I was self employed as a medical practitioner for three months and four months from back in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
Just came to know from this forum that I need to present evidence, at this moment I am not sure, I can produce these documents.

Can I delete these two self-employed 7 months work experience ?if I delete them, I still have more than 3 years experience.

Thanks

What does transmit the change mean?

I clicked the "save & exit" button. Is there something else, or some other button i need to click?

You need to electronically sign your form by clicking Next or Continue, this will take you through steps which will ensure that the details that you have entered is transmitted. Post this the Status column would show 'Transmitted' instead of 'Updated' and it will also not show Revert Changes.

Thanks heaps Stanlee!!!

An additional question. I cant remember if when creating the EE profile, it asks you to enter the number of years of experience, or if it calculates it itself using the durations in your work history? (ie is there an entry somewhere in the EE profile which asks for the number of years of experience you have/claiming in total?)

Removing a job should update the CRS points if needed, right?

Cheers
