Hi,

My situation - I applied for PR under CEC category last year and completed our medicals only recently because my wife was pregnant during the medical request. I now realize that I did not send the letter from my employer stating my roles and responsibilities.

Question - Shall I send the Employer letter now with the barcode stickers given to me? As per the doctor, my wife's medical reports are not yet submitted and I hope that the VO would not have taken any decision on my file yet. Is it right? I am very desperate to get an answer and any urgent reply will be greatly appreciated.

Here is the timelines of my application so far.

Applied - 6th Sep 2011
AOR received - 15th Sep 2011
Medicals for principal applicant complete - 18 Oct 2011
Medicals for spouse complete - 25th April 2012

Send a mail to "re-buffalo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" to find out where your file is currently located (Buffalo or Ottawa or Detroit or Newyork)

Monitor your CIC ECAS Status:

Decision Made

If your file is in buffalo, you can always update the case file with case specific inquiry ( attach soft copies)

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=buffalo

IF your file is in ottawa pilot, Hard copies of the documents to be added to the file can be sent to

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

Soft copies can be sent to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Since all the case files are updated in the new Global Case Management system, apply for GCMS notes once in every 6 weeks to know the real status in CIC system.. its costs only $5.

It's free if the OP is in Canada and has proof of it(i.e. copy of work/study permit, TRV) and makes the request under the Privacy Act.

Hello I have the same sitution as you. can you please advise if we need to inform CIC about pregnancy or it is okay? And second, if there is delay in PR process then i might have to leave the county and go back to india. Do you have any advise in that case?
