Updating AOR on Implied Status

Hi ALL
I need some urgent advice.
Case:My lawyer submitted my work permit extension application (paper application) to CIC just 2 days before expiry of my work permit in April.
I am presently working on Implied Status. On Implied status, I got ITA and I applied for permanent residency under FSW. I have an AOR. However, I do not know how to update AOR with CIC to get work permit extension.
I called up CIC helpline and they were of no help.

I am sure that there are some more people who have gone through this situation.
Any help will be much appreciated.

you don't really need to. when they get around to processing your bridging, they will look you up on the system - they're not just going to take your word for it that you've applied for PR. So they'll see you on there and see at what stage of your application you're at. But if you really want to, you can send a case specific enquiry, say you forgot to add in your AOR and ask them to add it to your application.
