Updates after receiving AOR

Did anyone had updates in Application/profile status, Review of eligibility, Review of medical results, Review of submitted documents, Scheduling an interview, A background check is needed, A final decision has been reached, Or any other updates/messages?

I applied on feb 7...til now no updates!!

24hrs after submitting my Application. My status changed to Review in Progress. I haven't got any other updates yet...
