I received this message in my CIC profile after a very long wait. They've asked me to provide a few additional documents but I am confused about a few things. Need some opinions on this:
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature - updated x 2. These must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16
> Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information - updated x 2. These must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16
> Family Information: A completed Immediate Family Information Form (IMM5707) - updated x 2. These must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16
> Police Certificates (Multiple): Police Certificates from current country of residence - updated x 2. These must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16
> Height & eye color: Height and eye color details - for all family members. This must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16
> Passport/Travel Document: Copy of biopages - for all family members. Each passport must have at least 6 months till expiry to be valid. These must be received at this office by: 2018/08/16.
Questions:
1. I am not sure what "updated x 2" mean? My application also include my wife and two children; does this mean they are asking for the information for me and my wife both?
2. Even if the definition i've assumed in point 1 is correct, it does not make sense for family information form as the form will be the same for me and my wife.
3. For Police certificates, I submitted 3 certificates for different addresses i lived at during last 10 years. Should I just get the latest certificate reissued (as its been a year since i submitted the ITA docs) or reissue all the Police certificates. I am confused due to the word "Multiple" mentioned in that requirement.
FYI, all these documents, except the IMM5669, were also requested in the past and i am resubmitting them.
