I have applied for ECA on WES, after the reference number, I applied for the transcripts at my university (Calicut University, Kerala, India) which said they don't give me but send the docs to WES directly.
My confusion is that; when should i remit the fees to WES? I thought I would pay the fees after my documents reach WES, now i am not able to track if the docs have reached or lost. The main reason i waited for remitting the fees is that if my documents go missing, i would miss the fee amount too. So, i thought, once my docs are there, they would update that they have received my docs, but on WES site there is no update about my docs but shown there "waiting for payment".
I applied for transcripts in April month, so, is it possible that my docs have reached WES and since i have not paid fees they have thrown my docs into trash? Should i remit the fees now?
Pls advise me.
