The people who applied for visitor visa or super visa before September 2021, need to re apply. How authentic that Information?

I hv submitted my moms biometric instruction letter with all doc on Feb 2021 and since then no update?

How can I speed up the process and get update from. its really frustrating.

She needs to reapply through the new portal. People who reapplied are getting approved quickly.

@scylla I have applied for my wife visitor visa on Feb 1st 2022 and biometric done on Feb 8th 2022.. Applied in GCKey... The application is from India and I am currently in Canada on WP. Should she reapply in new portal or wait for decision in GCKey only?
