Update profile now or later?

I created my Express Entry profile in June 2024, I have one year of experience in Canada. My work permit is valid until 2026, and I currently work in India ( came back home to gain foreign experience). Should I update my Express entry profile now or wait for one year of experience to be done? My experience in India will be completed by October 2025.

So what are you updating if you don’t have a year of foreign work experience. Your profile expires in June so you will have to create a new one then.

Even if I create a new one in July, my one-year foreign experience will be completed in October. So, should I add it to my personal history as my current job or just wait for the year completion date?
