Update Profile for EE

Hi..i have some questions about my profile..I
do understand we can update our profile to make some changes to add some points to it...My concern is when
I made my profile..i was in common law relatioonship..and now we part ways...and
Will change my marital status on it and will not include him on my application...will it affects my points which is 785 right now without my WES ( i dont know when will it be send to me)..U think by taking him out of my profiles will give me some demerits on my points..Any help will be greatly appreciated.... Depending on your situation, you might actually gain some points as the point system differs for single people and those ones applying with spouses.
