Update profile after ITA

Hi guys

I received ITA on the last draw.

My IELTS came out on Friday this week and I hit CLB 9/10 in all areas.

Already on my profile I have a job offer and currently been working at the firm for 3 months.

Now that I have extra points for IELTS, my score goes through the roof.

Based on the last draw my IELTS points (48 additional) almost negates the job offer piece of 50 points.

If worst case scenario say the company started doing really badly and I was made out of work my score RIGHT now would be 416 instead of 418 i.e. with the improved IELTS but without job offer.

2 questions then, now I have ITA can I updated my education - I dont think I can.

Secondly I got my IELTS after getting my ITA, if the job falls through during the ITA to PR process would I then have to re-submit again?

2 questions then, now I have ITA can I updated my education - I dont think I can. You can update it but mention it in LOE and attach both the new and old TRF.

Secondly I got my IELTS after getting my ITA, if the job falls through during the ITA to PR process would I then have to re-submit again? If the job falls through and you have your new IELTS updated, your scores will be recalculated. If its above the cut-off of your draw, you will still be considered.

You can only claim points for job offer if you are in a closed WP and your employer's name is on your WP. just FYI.
