Update on live in caregiver program application

Hi there, Ive posted in the past about the process I am going through to bring a live in caregiver from South Africa (she is a Zimbabwean lady). She had submitted her work permit application to Pretoria in April, passed her medical, and we have been waiting, waiting, and waiting! She submitted an inquiry to the High Commission a few days ago, and received an email yesterday that she is scheduled for an interview on Tuesday Sept 11. So we are slowly but surely moving along. Any ideas of what will be next? Are we nearing the end? If she does well in the interview is it basically a sure thing she will be granted the work permit and visa?

If she manages to convince the officer that she will come back at the end of her contract everything will be ok.
I hope that her English is good, because the purpose of this interview is to test the English knowledge and to convince the officer that she will leave Canada when her contract will end.
