After I sent my full application FSW to buffalo, I noticed that my date in address history section of the application form is incorrect. I also have changed job since then.

What should I do?

Should I write them letter with corrected form? Do I need to inform them about the job?

and finnaly I have some additional supporting document ? Is it recommended to send them these addition document after full application.

Make corrections etc and submit any additional documents as soon as possible. Just in case if they don't accept etc, it will back to you. But hopefully they will.
