I received my passport with ICT visa stamped and am still outside of Canada and don't have plans to move to Canada soon. Can I update my EE profile with this information and benefited from it? What details shall I fill in for
1. Do you have valid Job offer in Canada? - YES/NO
2. Is Positive LMIA applied - NO?
3. Are you currently in Canada - NO
