Update address, country TRV application -- webform query

Hello Friends,

My parents are currently in USA for visiting purposes. They reached united states last week.
They were in INDIA when their TRV application was submitted.

Which webform should I use to update the current address, country. They are planning to stay there for three months.

I'm in the same boat like you and just ended up using the second link to update the US address. It says it will take 5 business days to reflect in their system.

@shweta1992 - Did you ever update the address for your parents? After almost a month, my parents got reply from IRCC this week saying that they need to contact New Delhi Office even though they updated their address to US immediately upon arrival to US.

@scylla @canuck78 @Naturgrl - seeking your expertise/inputs on this if my parents should be contacting New Delhi office and for what since they already submitted the webform with new US address and got acknowledgement. FYI, they originally submitted the TRV application in Aug 2020 and traveled to US in January 2022 since there was no update from IRCC for 18 months.
