Up-front Medical examination Health Case Status.

I have gone through up-front medical examination for PR.After completion of check-up and all kind of examination they told me your check-up is done now.They submit report to CIC via email.But in the e-medical form they gave is the HEALTH STATUS REPORT is some what annoying .It stats that THIS HEALTH CASE HAS NOT YET BEEN SUBMITTED TO CIC. What does this mean?Should I attach this form with my file ? Or go to doctor for correction? Help me out.

yes, that is the form that goes in your application. while the doctor may have recorded the information for your exam in the system, it can't be connected to your file until you submit your application and CIC receives that e-medical receipt. it's really not worth worrying about.
