My fiance and I are having a back and forth regarding which route would cut application times faster.
She's from Vietnam. I suggested after the wedding, we should go to a recognized Panel Physician in Vietnam, approved by CIC, and have an up front medical exam.
My fiance however, suggested she cannot do that exam until we file an application to sponsor for PR, and get instructions for medical exam. I don't think she realizes that as long as you indicate you're doing an "upfront exam", you don't need an ID or UCI #.
I'm worried that by choosing her option, it will significantly add to the processing time.
Which is the better option?
