Hi , I am international student having more than 64 percent in my btech .I want to get admission in uoit in Mem. I have 5 + years of experience in mobile application development. But, in requirement it is mentioned that btech percentage should be more than 72 and application deadline is on 13 the July 2018. I sent them mail explaining reason of my low percentage and my inability to sent IELTS score and LORs with in given timeline. Today I got this mail from them:- .

1) You may apply as a ‘Non-Standard Applicant’ if you do not meet the academic requirements.
2) We require the LORs soon after the application deadline, but we can run the initial assessment without the IELTS score. So now my question is:- Should I be really happy? Is this the regular procedure or did they really like my profile ? And how to apply as no standard applicant. Plz reply asap.!!!
