This Family Form is appearing as a requirement for me in my application although I did not state that I have a family member in Canada. I cannot move forward with my application. Help please!

Thats not mean only in canada . That mean by your family who is with you and who is include your family like father , mother , spouse , childrens etc . and also who will accompany you to canada .

they want to keep in record who your parents and siblings are, for future reference.
