Unsure what are the “action required”

Hello,
I had my immigration visa printed on my passport early last year, and few months down the line, I got married.
I contacted the immigration office that printed me the visa through email that processed my documents via email and they reopened my pr application and were very assistful. My application required me to send more documents for my wife, and, just recently as she has been added to the application.


Yesterday, my immigration application status changed to “action required” and I cannot find any new message nor document required to be uploaded. I also tried to contact the immigration office but my email rebounded - not sure if their email exist anymore! Any advice on how to inquire what action am I required to take in my immigration portal?
