unsure if submitted work permit application is correct

hi ,
can some one please help me answer thees questions
1 . If a incomplete work permit application has been submited what happens...?
2 . under the form imm5710E the question - details of intended work in canada
what type of work permit are you applying for ?... how should i answer that question (i am a food service
supervisor )
3 . while submitting all documents online for work permit appl
what should i upload for the section - Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being
offered :

Answers:
1 - Incomplete applications will be returned and time will be wasted
2 - This can be found on your LMO.
3 - Depends on the Job. The basics. If you are applying as a cook then your culinary certificates, Certificate of Employment as a Cook or similar experience.
