I have 27 months of full time experience and 12 months of experience in part time as a consultant. Would this count as 2 or 3 years of work experience?
• Job 1 (Full time): 6 months (45 hours/week) (Different NOC- haven’t been able to figure which one yet)
• Job 2 (Full time): 5 months (45 hours/week) (Skill level A; NOC:4151)
• Job 3 (Full time): 16 months (49 hours/week) (Skill level A; NOC:4151)
• Continued in Job 3 but became a part time employee: 12 months (20 hours/week) (Skill level A; NOC:4151) Also clarifying that during the past year as a part time therapist, although I clock in 20 hours per week as part of my contract. I am only paid based on the number of sessions that are booked by clients and completed.

Taking this into consideration, would I have 2 years of work experience or 3 years in total?

It's not possible to say based on the information you have provided.

For your part time work, you can only count the hours you were actually paid.

You need to add up all of your part time hours where you were paid and then divide by 30. The result needs to add up to time time you are missing to get to 3 years of work experience (i.e. somewhere around 36 to 38 weeks).

Thank you so much for your response.
Apologies for my math skills being so poor but I’ve been paid for 296 hours of work in the past year. That divided by 30 equals 9.86 (months?) so 39.44 weeks?? Is that correct?
it’s amazing that I can count the part time Experience though because I thought it would only could if I’ve done 1.5 years with 20 hours per week but I guess because I had a full time for 1 full year all the other stuff just adds up?

No - that's not the right math.

If you worked 296 part time hours in the past year, that's just under 10 weeks of full time work experience (NOT months). You don't have enough part time work experience to claim 3 years. You can only claim 2 years.
