Unsubmitted application status is pending on IRCC, preventing from submitting,

I'm applying for a visitor visa on the new IRCC portal. I reached the payment page and did not go through with the payment (I couldn't find my CC to complete the transaction).

The Action status is set to "pending" which previously had options to "continue" or "delete".

How do I finish the payment and submit this application?

I just checked my portal, the options"continue"/ "delete" showed up again. Probably after around 2 days.

But i went ahead and created a new application and submitted instead of waiting.

And what did you do from your end? Do I need to raise a webform or any action is required from my end to fix this?

It's been 13 days since I submitted my file and 3 days since I posted issue at CanadaVisa not any update at all from any of these sites.
