I got admission for diploma for winter 2018 and last date to pay fees is 11 dec 2017 .I booked my travel plan on 1st dec 2017. My situation is like my college is asking for COPR to renew my offer letter and if I do landing to get sign on COPR then I can not travel. My question is ,Is unsigned COPR is acceptable by college ?? My college adviser replied that, they are gonna review my application. Please help me with situation or share your experiences .
