unregistered organization

Hi everyone

I am teaching in a coaching center from 4 years .
The organization is not registered as a sole proprietor or a company (pvt,partnership ) .
I get salary in cash, rather all employees get it in cash ,the website and all is available .
will it be an issue to get a PR?

Not an expert but I don't think it matters what the status of your organisation is as long as you get the verifiable reference letter from them.
