Unpaid vacation in Canadian 1 year work experience

Hi, Thanks in advance

I just need advise on my work experience with unpaid vacation.
If I take 3 weeks unpaid vacation and travel in that period out of country and come back and cover those 3 weeks by doing extra work more than a year. Will that be fine for Express entry ?

Moreover, In case I find another job and their is gap between first and second job. Assume - First job - 5 months then 1 month gap then other job 7 months. Will I able to apply for CEC with one year experience ?
