University which accept low CGPA

I am 2016 passed out computer science student with 6.75 CGPA can you please suggest which university takes me. No need of colleges(pg diploma).
Need only MS degree. Haven't taken IELTS and GRE yet.

Depends upon the individual university, with a lower score most major universities will either not accept you or there will be people with higher marks going for your seat. There may be universities that will accept that although do note that each university may have a different conversion calculation so do go through the university's individual website. Also, you will need a good IELTS and GRE score to offset your 6.75 CGPA, definitely not impossible but universities are highly competitive.
