university sent my letter of acceptance at wrong adress :(

Hello guys.. i got admission on 28th of august.. but i have not recvd my original letter of acceptance...
but i was getting late so applied my visa on nov 5th. still no response from embasy....
i attached colord copy of letter which they emaild me... and copy of fee payment..
My profile
matric .. 77%
fsc 76%
ielts 6.5( with no less than 6.5)
paid 1st smstr fee..
showd $19000 in my acnt.. and statmnt of my brothrs $10000 & $16000
and lots of property dcmnts..
Petroleum engineering.. university of regina...
now thy sent me another letter at the correct adress....
dont know when i will recv it..
will it make any effct on visa case.?
uni took 3 mnths on my admission.... i mentiond it my sop.. will embsy process my case normly... or will make it quik?

I just have a small quick chat with a visa officer who is handling your case. He thinks that he will take his own time...it could either be two months or 5 months etc...depending on your medical stamina and clean background check .....LOL 8)

lets hope for the best... sooner or later.. result wil be what it has to be....
but as soon it will be .... tensn will be relesd.. other wise. waiting for the result is a bit difclt...

you applied like on nov 5.....wants to have a quick reply from embassy...give it a three week at least.

yeh i know it will take time.. about 3 months... but at least they should mail all aplicants.. that thy recvd their file. and its under proces.. there must be a tracking systm of aplication.. that whats going on...
at least evry1 wil get relaxd if thy knw , embsy hav strtd examining their case.. or what stage is in it ...

when i was submitting documents at visatronix.....the guy at the receptionist told me that if some docs were missing ...your docs would be returned back to you within a week. If you did not hear anything about your case within that frame, it means everything was in order on your file and your file number must have been created by then. So there you go.

Visatronix? i just sent them by courier... what is visatronix..
and if i got any medical call... how it will be..? i will get any phone call... or courier ?
so i must be ready for everything.. not to switching my cell off, and to be alert on door bells

which courier did you use? visatronix is like TCS but also provides you visa forms, check ur docs before sending. you can not use every branch of TCS in the city....you have to contact to the one which is authorized to send visa docs. you must have used the right one otherwise they would have told you right in your face if they could send your docs to the embassy

they gave me a receipt....i should bring that along with my nic for collecting my docs between 3-5 pm.

yeah i sent it via TCS... for the pasport they gave me a special envolp in plastc.. with mor charges... and i also got there confrmation that dcmnts hav been delvrd .... to embsy..
