University Sealed Envelop...little confused plz explain .

Hi All,
I am little confused about university sealed envelop.....
What I think is that it's an envelope of A4 size with university stamp (not embbosed) at any of the corner with university mailing address.....


Is it easily available from universities ?


If i fail to get that envelope then can I use simple envelope......

All College And OfCourse all UNIVERSITIES have their own envelops...All of them have them. no matter if the name is embossed or just printed. No matter what the size is A4 or any other. It just has to have the transcript in it.

All u have to do is contact yr university admissions or transcript department office and ask them to send the transcripts to yourself in a sealed form and then send the sealed form to the immigration office.

Simple as that, nothing to worry about dude or gal!

You can try telling your university that you're going to use it for immigration purposes and they should be able to provide you an official transcript on a sealed university envelope. They have to seal it and unfortunately, you can't use a simple envelope for this. Some universities, well at least in my country, use a normal letter envelope with a university seal.

I already had transcripts with me....do I just need to get sealed envelope from universities and pack transcripts by self, or take transcripts to university and say them to provide it in sealed envelope.


I also had 1 year post graduate diploma...will I send the original diploma or it's notarised copy...and do i also need sealed envelope for sending notarised copies of my diploma and other educational certificates (secondary, matriculation)

You have to request for a new transcript again from your university. I don't think they will just seal whatever you have right now. For the diplomas, if you can afford to give the original ones, then do so. If not, then submit a notarized copy. The diplomas aren't required to be on a sealed envelope.

New one it's really surprised....It's not easy to issue a transcripts here in pakistan universities...why i can't use my present transcripts..,...many times there are typing error....how to coms know there is no error in transcripts if it's already sealed.......

When you request for a transcript in the Philippines, they would just print it from a computer, put am embossed university seal, and give it to you without an envelope. I apologize but I didn't know it's that difficult to get transcripts in your country.

senoirs plz reply... i also had notarized my original transcripts from PAKISTAN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL COMMISION and also from FOREIGN AFFAIRS OFFICE....

if clerical staff is delaying take someone who know someone inside this
the way to get work quick if they are taking too much time and u r deadline
is finishing then you should notarized all your marksheets and send
it to CHC i think you have only two option

if transcripts are with you just go and ask them to put in
university envelope and sealed it.

if you are claiming any point for diploma send it original
if not then notarized, same for all documents before

Sealed envelope are not required for these documents

My Original transcripts are notarized from PAK HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION and FOREIGN AFFAIR OFFICE ...I think it will not create any problem
