“Educational credential” is defined in R73 as any diploma, degree or trade or apprenticeship
credential issued on the completion of a program of study or training at an educational or
training institution recognized by the authorities responsible for registering, accrediting,
supervising and regulating such institutions in the country of issue. (OP6)

If your credential falls in to the category above, it can be accepted. Then u will get 12 or 15 points, depending on the credential.

Actually I (or any other members of this forum) would have no idea what kind of a language course it is, and what kind of certificate is issued. If you can do some research and check whether it fits in to their definition of an educational credential, then I'm sure it will be counted.
