plz tell me about doing masters in electrical nad computer engg. in power division at university of western ontario?

is this university good in ranking? will i have to accept their offer and start visa processing?

As i hared it is the good university in this field. I got agreement also to complete my study there at the same department with u.

I have a question to u. isn't high costly to study Meng in UWO
