Hello,

I am a new student admitted for the fall session in the University of Saskatchewan for undergrad in computer science. I did my high school under the British curriculum and I was wondering if there was any first year courses whose credits that can be transferred from my high school subjects. My high school results are:
GCE O Level: A* in Maths D, Add Maths, Physics and A in Chemistry, Economics, English, Bangla, Computer Science
GCSE AS Level: All A in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science
GCSE A Level: All A in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science

I am writing this as the university does mention transfer credit policy for IB and AP students but does not mention for any other curriculum. I emailed the admissions department about this 2 months ago but still have no response. The registration for my classes has opened and I have to choose my classes before my preferred slots are full.

I don't know about this, but I think you will find more help on reddit. r/usask is the university's subreddit if you didn't know.

You will need to speak to the school but most likely, yes. My brother got advanced standing due to his A-Levels, however, he was asked to do a placement test.

A2 material, especially Math, is beyond what is taught in most first-year curriculums atuniversity
