I applied to Uni of Saskatchewan for Fall 2021 Semester in February '21 and my application says "complete" for a long time and I was wondering how long does it usually takes for an admission offer or rejection?
Depends. If for an undergrad, you should get a response by May or June at the latest. For graduate program depends when the grad committee meets and when the deadline for applications was closed.
