I THINK THEY DNT NEED IELTS FOR ADMISSSION IF WE GET ADMITTED WE ND IT FOR VISA PURPOSE

I have applied for MSc Computer Science
10th 78%
12th 79%
BS Computer Science CGPA 3.66/4.0
TOEFL

Applied for JAN. 2014 intake but decision is still PENDING

They take hell lotta time to decide, I've offer from Concordia University, Montreal as well but I'm not very sure about it as it is expensive and I'm not Francophone.
