I am going to pay my fee after refusal of application. Is there anyone who paid fee in advance to UoR and can share the letter/ details they put onto it? I need to know what details they enter on the letter. Please help!!

What do you mean by "refusal of application" was it a refusal of admission into the University of Regina?
I only pay my tuition after I had been admitted into the university and faculty.
