Thank you so much. Got the email from Graduate office. You dont need to apply for the scholarship separately for PhD in Manitoba.
So, i am gonna write to the department about the funding. Lets see

I have done Master I Development Economics from University of Queensland, Australia GPA 3.73. And I have 12 years of experience in Government sectors l.
