University of Liverpool - WES issues

Dear All,
advice required.

What should I do, if my university doesn't provide transcripts in paper anymore, but only sends in electronic PDF to the third parties in email on graduate's behalf. So, uni can't send it in a sealed envelope. Neither uni supports Gradintel or Digitary systems. Does WES have other options? Maybe someone faced the same issue?

Hello dear,

I don’t know if you solved this problem, but here’s the solution if you still didn’t:

Send an email to:
servicedesk@liverpool.ac.uk
tell them that you want them to upload your Degree and Transcript to the WES system. Mention the following in the email:

WES Reference No. [YOUR NUMBER]
World Education Services
Attention: Documentation Center
2 Carlton Street, Suite 1400
Toronto, Ontario M5B 1J3
Canada

Full name as in the university recorders
Date of Birth
Student ID
Graduation ID (If you know it)
Your Major

And thats it. Be patient, it may take a while for them to respond because of the pandemic, but eventually they’ll do. For me it took around 2 weeks till I got a response confirming that my docs were uploaded to the WES system.
