Hello Dear, Asalam-o-Aliakum,
Is there any body who is applying to University of Calgary this Fall session Sep-2018.
I recently applied for Master of Engineering Studies with Specialization in Energy and Environment. The subject course is well aligned with my current job experience. I applied for Master Studies after almost 10 years of Graduation from UET Lahore, and currently working Saudi Arabia in a reputable organization.
I didn't take any IELTS, however, based on University of Calgary Administration feed back, UET , Lahore gradates, don't require this IELTS. (same is the case with McGill University and Ottawa University)
So , after putting forward my application , I have finally got admission for the coming term of Sep-2018, acceptance fees has already been paid.
Shortly I will be applying for Study Permit from within KSA. I want to ask any expert over here, would there b any problem regarding the IELTS requirement by the embassy , I searched from CIC website, there is no such requirement mentioned.?
Furthermore, my opening balance is rupees is equivalent of 30Lakh ( in Jan-2018) (as per CIC, financial statement for Students shall be 4 month old , and shall cover, one year full fees, plus 10000 CAD living expenses and 4000 CAD for each accompanying family member. Any suggestion regarding this ?
as per my understanding, financial statements in Crores doesn't appeal much if your University, and courses selection etc. aren't aligned with your plan and experience. (Just giving myself a little relief.)
is there any chance of deferral of studies term in case of any unforeseen event or due to some kind of problem and student is not able to make it for the admitted term?
any suggestions to make my case strong enough and any guidelines regarding documents readiness.
Regards,
