I have been accepted to the University of Alberta. I have received the final "Official Acceptance Letter" with the following words: "Conditional offer letter"
The condition is that I have to submit my complete marksheets and degree certificate before 31 Dec 2018.
I asked the department and they said they have and always send out offer letters with the following wording and students have successfully obtained a study permit from those letters.
Another issue is that I am in my last semester and do not yet have complete marksheets. (I have 7 out of 8 marskheets)
What should I do? I suppose this situation must have been there for many other students as well. I would really appreiciate it if someone could guide me regarding what the right thing to do here is.
