I am confused between university and college course please help me and reply on below queries.

12 -73%
B-Tech-71% 2012 in CS no gap in studies
3 year work experience in cloud infrastructure and application support

Question
1.University MS or PG Diploma Course?
2.I want to apply for universties they required future study plan i am interested in cloud infra suppprt but not sure how to convience universities for admission?
3.I am not sure which ms is good for my profile?
