University in canada after Mtech in India

Hi,
I have done my Master of engineering in Computer Science. Now looking for thesis based programs in University in Canada. Is it difficult to get into University after Mtech in India. My profile
10th - 74,
12th- 78,
Engineering (Electronics)-57
Masters(computer science)-78
IELTS-7

I have published 1 research paper/journal and 1 year work experience

I could have done Phd, but Im not sure research outcome, So to have a backup plan, wanted to do masters and then apply for Phd

I have selected some univeristy, please share your thought of my university selection and if any of your friends who were in my situation, what were their result?

You need to find a supervisor for doing research based masters. Once you convince the professor, it will become easy. The professors are very occupied and thus, it take months to convince one.
