Does being University educated mean you can apply as a skilled work? I'm a recently graduated history major, though I currently only have work experience in menial jobs. Thanks, Josh.

No - being university educated is not enough to apply for permanent residency through the skilled worker program. You need a minimum of one full year of skilled work experience before you can apply.
